Wounded in action Nov. 16, 1863, May 12, 1864, and March 29, 1865. Discharged at Satterlee Hospital, Philadelphia, Pa., June 13, 1865. Present residence, Convis, Mich. Zebulon Doty, of Convis, has been arrested at the instance of the superintendent of the poor on a charge of bastardy. The complaining witness is Murdula Avery, a sister of Doty's wife, who has been living at his house. The examination takes place Monday before justice Foley.
